GHCL Limited has declared its unaudited standalone financial results for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The Board of Directors approved these results in a meeting held on October 31, 2026.
Key Financial Highlights (Q2 FY27 vs Q2 FY26)
- Net Revenue grew by 11% to ₹821 crore, compared to ₹739 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
- EBIDTA increased by 16% to ₹202 crore, from ₹175 crore in Q2 FY26.
- Net Profit saw a significant jump of 19% to ₹127 crore, up from ₹107 crore in Q2 FY26.
Half-Yearly Performance (H1 FY27 vs H1 FY26)
- Net Revenue grew by 4% to ₹1,619 crore, compared to ₹1,562 crore in H1 FY26.
- EBIDTA rose by 9% to ₹435 crore, from ₹399 crore in the first half of FY26.
- Net Profit demonstrated strong growth of 26% to ₹319 crore, compared to ₹252 crore in H1 FY26.

Mr. R S Jalan, Managing Director, GHCL Limited, commented on the performance, acknowledging the pricing pressures in the global soda ash industry due to oversupply. However, he emphasized the company’s resilience through its low-cost positioning, operational efficiencies, and cost management. Mr. Jalan also highlighted strategic diversification efforts, including the commencement of commercial production for Vacuum Salt and Bromine. He expressed confidence in the company’s ability to navigate near-term cyclicality and deliver sustainable long-term value.
