Q2 FY27 Earnings and Performance Highlights

Adroit Industries (India) Limited held its Q2 FY27 earnings conference call on October 28, 2026. The company reported a sequential revenue growth of 25% to ₹426.73 million for the quarter ended September 2026. This growth was driven by new customer additions and entry into new segments. EBITDA saw a sequential increase of 13% to ₹119.56 million, and profit after tax rose by 14% to ₹85.47 million.

For the half-year ended September 2026 (H1 FY27), revenue grew 11% year-on-year to ₹767.87 million, while EBITDA surged by 48% to ₹225.07 million. The EBITDA margin expanded to 29.3%, up from 22% in FY26, with profit after tax increasing by 51% to ₹160.36 million.

Growth Strategies and Capital Expansion

The company is focusing on expanding its customer base and deepening engagement with existing clients. Adroit Industries has entered the industrial-shaft and defence segments, leveraging its existing capabilities in torque transmission, forging, and precision manufacturing. Exports currently constitute a significant portion of revenue, with the United States being a major market.

A substantial portion of the funds raised through the IPO is allocated for capital expansion. This includes increasing machining and assembly capacity at the Pithampur plant and forging capacity at the Dewas plant. These investments are expected to support growth in both revenue and profitability, with a target to support peak annual revenue of approximately ₹2,500 million.

Future Outlook and Ambitions

Adroit Industries aims to maintain an EBITDA margin of approximately 30%. The company’s priorities include executing expansion on schedule, converting new customer additions into recurring business, and developing industrial and defence applications. The mid-term vision is to achieve revenue of approximately ₹475–500 crore by FY31.

Operational Capacity and Utilization

The forging plant is operating at approximately 93–94% capacity utilization, with plans to expand annual forging capacity from 3,000 tonnes to 5,500 tonnes. The Pithampur plant is running at around 81% capacity, with machining and assembly capacity expected to double in Q4 FY27. The company expects to achieve revenue close to ₹180 crore in FY27, with a longer-term ambition to grow revenue significantly once new capacities come online.
