Intellect Design Arena Limited has announced its Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. The company reported a significant milestone in its Al-first journey with the launch of MSOCK (Multidimensional Multilayer System of Connected Knowledge), an Al-native engineering system aimed at modernizing complex, mission-critical systems with enhanced speed and intelligence.
Financial Performance Highlights
The Last Twelve Months (LTM) Q2 FY27 performance saw total income reach INR 3,388 Cr, a substantial increase from INR 2,892 Cr in the corresponding period of the previous year. Platform, License, and AMC revenue for LTM Q2 FY27 stood at INR 1,768 Cr compared to INR 1,497 Cr in LTM Q2 FY26. EBITDA for the LTM period was INR 736 Cr, with over INR 100 Cr attributed to Al investments. Profit Before Tax was INR 503 Cr for LTM Q2 FY27. Collections for Q2 FY27 were INR 3,282 Cr, up from INR 2,604 Cr in Q2 FY26. Cash and Cash equivalents also saw a healthy increase to INR 1,216 Cr from INR 927 Cr.
For the standalone Q2 FY27, total income was INR 878 Cr against INR 789 Cr in Q2 FY26. License-linked revenue (License + Platform + AMC) for the quarter was INR 457 Cr, up from INR 423 Cr in Q2 FY26. Collections for Q2 FY27 were reported at INR 815 Cr, an increase from INR 753 Cr in the prior year’s quarter.
Advancing Al-First Enterprise Transformation with MSOCK
The launch of MSOCK marks a critical step in Intellect’s strategy to make enterprise knowledge connected, computable, and contextual. This system is designed to address challenges in deploying Al across mission-critical systems, working in conjunction with eMACH.ai and Purple Fabric to strengthen competitive differentiation and create new opportunities in enterprise modernization. The company highlighted that MSOCK has already accelerated deliveries for 250 clients and holds 39 pending patents.
Accelerated Growth and Deal Wins
Intellect’s platforms, eMACH.ai and Purple Fabric, continue to drive significant growth, attracting 21 new customers in Q2 FY27, including 8 destiny deals. These wins span across various regions and financial services segments, with notable examples including major banks in Mexico, the Nordic region, a UK joint venture for wealth management, and institutions in Bahrain, Maldives, Sri Lanka, and the UAE. The company also secured other significant deals in the Western Hemisphere, Middle East & Africa, and India, covering areas like payment processing, core banking modernization, and retail loan management.
Industry Recognition and Leadership Strengthening
During Q2 FY27, Intellect received two prestigious awards at the ET Enterprise Al Awards 2026: “Indian CEO Driving Al Innovation” for Arun Jain, Chairman & Managing Director, and “Best Al Development Platform” for Purple Fabric. Furthermore, the company announced the appointment of Vijay Anand as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Wholesale Banking, bringing extensive global leadership experience in banking and financial technology.
