A significant portion, 1,78,500 RSUs, will vest over three years for 18 associates, while 5,000 RSUs will vest over two years for one associate, impacting future equity dilution and employee incentives.

Intellect Design Arena Limited announced today, October 29, 2026, the approval of new Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) grants. The Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee (NRCC) of the company sanctioned the grant of a total of 1,83,500 RSUs. These grants are part of the ‘ISOP/RSU 2016’ scheme and have been allocated to 19 associates.
Grant Details and Vesting Schedules
The grant price for these RSUs has been fixed at ₹5 per unit. The vesting schedule for these awards is structured to reward long-term commitment and performance:
- A total of 1,78,500 RSUs will be granted to 18 associates. These RSUs will be equally distributed and vest over the 3rd, 4th, and 5th year post-grant.
- An additional 5,000 RSUs have been allocated to 1 associate. These will vest equally over the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd year.
It is important to note that these are fresh grants and are not in exchange for any prior grants surrendered by the associates. Upon expiry of the vesting period, the associates will have the right to convert their RSUs into shares, either in full or in tranches, during the exercise period as stipulated by the scheme.
