Symphony Reports Strong Q2 FY27 Financial Performance

Symphony Limited has released its financial results for the second quarter of FY27, showcasing significant growth across key metrics. Consolidated revenue increased by 31% year-on-year to ₹275 crore, driven by strong performance from overseas subsidiaries and measured growth in India. The company’s Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) saw a substantial jump of 166%, reaching ₹36 crore.

Margin Expansion and Profitability

Operating leverage and cost discipline were key contributors to the impressive EBITDA growth, leading to an expansion of the consolidated EBITDA margin by 660 basis points to 13.0%. Profit after tax (PAT) increased by 44% to ₹24 crore. This performance was achieved despite gross margin pressures stemming from elevated input costs.

Standalone Performance Highlights

Dividend Approval and Strategic Outlook

In recognition of its financial performance, the Board of Directors approved a second interim dividend of ₹2 per share (face value ₹2) for FY26-27, bringing the year-to-date payout to ₹20.6 crore.
