The meeting also saw the approval of the Limited Review Report from the Statutory Auditors.
Consolidated Financial Highlights
For the second quarter ended September 30, 2026, the company reported total income of ₹1,24,999 lakhs. Expenses for the quarter amounted to ₹96,231 lakhs, leading to a profit before tax of ₹28,768 lakhs. The consolidated profit after tax for the quarter stood at ₹21,882 lakhs. For the half-year ended September 30, 2026, total income was ₹2,31,191 lakhs, with a profit after tax of ₹43,576 lakhs.
Standalone Financial Highlights
On a standalone basis, the company’s revenue from operations for the second quarter of FY27 was ₹52,640 lakhs, with total expenses of ₹47,251 lakhs. This resulted in a profit before tax of ₹12,832 lakhs. The standalone profit after tax for the quarter was ₹11,449 lakhs. For the six months ended September 30, 2026, standalone revenue from operations was ₹1,14,053 lakhs, and the profit after tax was ₹23,370 lakhs.
