The company showcased significant growth in its profitability, reinforcing its business strategy and guidance.
Key Financial Highlights
According to Manan Shah, Managing Director of MICL, the company has maintained its profitable growth trajectory. Operational and Strategic Updates
MICL’s project portfolio is well-positioned for future growth, with ongoing projects approximately 65–70% sold and nearing completion within the next 6–15 months. The company also successfully executed an open-market buyback of ₹169 crores, completing 75.2% of the approved size. A significant milestone was achieved through the collaboration with Godrej Properties for the Marine Lines Project, where MICL recouped its investments of over ₹300 crores and will benefit from a revenue-sharing arrangement.
Future Outlook and Project Pipeline
MICL boasts a strong pipeline of marquee developments in iconic Mumbai locations, including South Mumbai and Bandra. These projects, with an estimated Gross Development Value exceeding ₹9,500 crores, are anticipated to generate further sales momentum. The company remains confident in achieving its combined pre-sales guidance of ₹5,000 crores over FY27 and FY28, driven by its focus on premium locations and disciplined execution.
