Havells India has allotted 50,421 Equity Shares under its Employee Stock Purchase Scheme (ESPS) as of October 16, 2025. This allotment includes 48,947 shares under the ESPS 2022 scheme and 1,474 shares under the ESPS 2016 scheme. These shares are being transferred to eligible employees.
ESPS Share Allotment
On October 16, 2025, the Share Allotment and Transfer Committee of Havells India Limited’s Board of Directors approved the allotment of shares under the company’s Employee Stock Purchase Scheme (ESPS). A total of 50,421 Equity Shares of Re.1/- each were allotted to the Havells Employees Welfare Trust.
Details of Allotment
The allotment is divided between two ESPS schemes:
- Havells Employees Stock Purchase Scheme 2022 (ESPS 2022): 48,947 Shares
- Havells Employees Stock Purchase Scheme 2016 (ESPS 2016): 1,474 Shares
These shares will be transferred to eligible employees upon exercise.
