Acquisition of Hobel Bellows Private Limited
The Board approved a proposal to acquire 60,80,000 equity shares of Hobel Bellows Private Limited from Innomech Aerospace Toolings Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Unimech. Upon completion of this acquisition, Hobel Bellows Private Limited is set to become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing Limited. This move is intended to simplify the group’s holding structure.
Senior Management Transition
In a related development within the internal group restructuring, the Board approved the promotion of Mr. Prathap B. Naidu from Assistant General Manager to General Manager. This promotion is effective from November 1, 2026. Concurrently, Mr. Naidu has been transferred to Innomech Aerospace Toolings Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary, and will cease to be Senior Management at Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing Limited from the same effective date.
Financial Results
The Board also reviewed and approved the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report from the statutory auditors.
