AceVector Reports Strong H1 FY27 Performance

AceVector Limited has announced its unaudited financial results for the first half of Fiscal Year 2027 (H1 FY27), ending September 30, 2026. The company reported a significant 17% year-on-year growth in consolidated revenue, reaching ₹285.5 crore. This growth was attributed to the combined strength of its two primary businesses: Snapdeal and Unicommerce.

Snapdeal Drives Value Fashion Momentum

Snapdeal, AceVector’s value-fashion destination, demonstrated robust performance with its revenue growing 15% year-on-year to ₹164.4 crore. The platform continues to focus on democratizing trendy fashion for aspirational shoppers by emphasizing value pricing, trend curation, and quality management. Key operational highlights for Snapdeal in H1 FY27 include a 31% increase in fashion NMV to ₹407.6 crore and a significant expansion in fashion listings, which grew by over 91% year-on-year. The platform also saw a 12% increase in annual transacting customers to 130.8 lakh, with 65% of new customers being GenZ. AI-powered discovery and creator-led initiatives are also playing a crucial role in enhancing customer engagement and expanding the fashion assortment.

Unicommerce Sustains Double-Digit Growth

Unicommerce, AceVector’s e-commerce enablement subsidiary, also delivered a strong performance, with revenue growing 15% year-on-year to ₹110.4 crore. The company attributes this growth to enterprise client acquisition, deeper engagement with existing customers, and the expansion of its product portfolio. Unicommerce added 121 enterprise clients in Q2 FY27 and has seen expanded adoption of its newer product offerings like UniReco and UniCapture. The launch of ‘DNA’, an AI extension to Uniware, is designed to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making for its clients.

Key Financial and Operational Highlights

The consolidated revenue growth of 17% was supported by increased festive buying, though the timing shift of the festive season impacted Q3 FY27 performance compared to Q2 FY26. Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA loss stood at ₹26.9 crore, reflecting higher marketing investments for the festive season, temporary logistics cost pressures, and ongoing investments in Unicommerce for long-term growth. Order frequency on Snapdeal rose 11%, and app-delivered units grew 23% year-on-year.
