Blue Dart Launches International Parcel Connect
Blue Dart Express Limited, a prominent express air and integrated transportation company, announced the launch of its new service, International Parcel Connect. This B2C cross-border parcel shipping service is designed to cater to the growing needs of Indian e-commerce businesses, D2C brands, marketplace sellers, SMEs, and exporters looking for efficient and cost-effective ways to reach overseas customers.
Key Features and Target Markets
The service, which commenced operations on October 26, 2026, initially focuses on shipments from India to the United States. International Parcel Connect positions itself as an alternative to premium-priced express services and lower-cost postal options. It combines Blue Dart’s domestic capabilities with DHL eCommerce’s international network, offering both Standard and Expedited delivery options along with crucial shipment visibility.
Balfour Manuel, Managing Director, Blue Dart, highlighted the company’s commitment to supporting Indian enterprises in their global expansion. “As Indian enterprises pursue opportunities beyond domestic markets, we are committed to providing the dependable logistics connections that turn their global aspirations into growth,” he stated.

The service accommodates eligible B2C parcels weighing between 50 g to 11 kg. Accepted product categories include apparel, fashion, automobile spare parts, books, handicrafts, imitation jewellery, and rugs, among other eligible marketplace products. Shipments are subject to applicable customs, regulatory, commodity, weight, and dimensional requirements.
