Ather Energy Reports Q2 FY27 Financials and Strategic Growth Initiatives

Ather Energy Limited (formerly known as Ather Energy Private Limited) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The Board Meeting commenced at 09:10 AM IST and concluded at 02:15 PM IST on October 26, 2026.

Key Financial Approvals

The approved financial statements include the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. These results were accompanied by a Limited Review Report issued by M/s. Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Chartered Accountants.

Capacity Expansion Underway

In addition to the financial disclosures, Ather Energy provided updates on its strategic growth plans, focusing on capacity expansion at its manufacturing facilities. The company is set to expand its Hosur factory, adding 75,000 units per annum, with completion expected by December 2026, requiring an investment of up to INR 58 crore (inclusive of tax). This expansion is aimed at scaling up long-term manufacturing output to meet business demand.

Furthermore, the “Factory 3.0” at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, currently under construction, will see a proposed capacity addition of 150,000 units per annum. This phase of expansion is anticipated to be completed by Q2 FY28, with an estimated investment of up to INR 64 crore (inclusive of tax). The rationale behind this expansion is also to scale up long-term manufacturing output to meet the growing business demand. Both expansion projects will be financed through a combination of debt and internal accruals.

The publication of these results in newspapers is being undertaken as required by SEBI Listing Regulations.
