This appointment is for a term of five years, commencing from the conclusion of the 35th AGM in 2027 until the 40th AGM in 2032. The current auditor, S R Batliboi & Associates LLP, will continue until the conclusion of the 35th AGM.

Coforge Limited announced today that its Board of Directors, upon the recommendation of the Audit Committee, has approved the appointment of Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP as the company’s Statutory Auditors. This decision was made during the Board meeting held on October 23, 2026.
Auditor Appointment Details
The new appointment is for a significant term of five (5) years. It is set to commence from the conclusion of the 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM), which is anticipated to be held in the year 2027, and will extend until the conclusion of the 40th AGM in the year 2032. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval and other necessary statutory requirements.
Transition from Current Auditor
In conjunction with this appointment, it has been noted that the current Statutory Auditor, S R Batliboi & Associates LLP, will continue to oversee the audit of Coforge Limited and its subsidiaries. Their tenure will extend until the conclusion of the aforementioned 35th AGM in 2027, ensuring a smooth transition.
