Financial Performance Highlights
KEI Industries reported a revenue from operations of ₹27,263.49 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. Other income contributed ₹422.88 million, bringing the total income to ₹27,686.37 million. The company’s profit after tax stood at ₹2,035.13 million.
Segment-wise Performance
The Cables & Wires segment reported revenue of ₹26,256.11 million, while the Stainless Steel Wire segment contributed ₹538.76 million. EPC Projects generated ₹1,013.52 million. The total segment assets amounted to ₹80,079.47 million.
Project Implementation Status
The Board of Directors reviewed the progress of the cable manufacturing facility in Sanand, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The first phase, producing LT/HT Cables, is expected to be commissioned by November 2025. Production of EHV Cables is slated to begin in Q4 FY 2026-27.
Equity and Liabilities
The company’s total equity reached ₹61,880.50 million. Non-current liabilities totaled ₹1,935.11 million, and current liabilities were reported at ₹16,263.86 million.
