Dr. Nagineni holds a Ph.D. in HR for Competency Development and Strategic Human Resources from Berhampur University. He also possesses a Master of Law from Annamalai University, and Master’s degrees in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management and Business Administration from Nagpur University. His expertise spans HR transformation, mergers, acquisitions, workforce integration, organizational restructuring, and people strategy across both domestic and international operations.
