Sale of Novotel Imagicaa
The Board of Directors of Imagicaaworld Entertainment Limited has approved the sale of its Novotel Imagicaa property. The sale will be executed for a lumpsum consideration of ₹248 crores. Acquisition of Shanku’s Water Park Stake
In a move to diversify its entertainment offerings, Imagicaaworld has acquired a 50% stake in Mehsana Next Parks Private Ltd. This Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) is the owner and operator of the well-known Shanku’s Water Park, located in Mehsana, between Ahmedabad and Gift City. This acquisition expands the company’s presence in the water park segment.
Other Key Updates
During the quarter ending September 30, 2026, the company also completed the conversion of warrants into equity shares, receiving the balance ₹129.45 crore. Furthermore, Imagicaaworld is preparing to launch its Indoor Entertainment venture with the first ‘Hello Park’ in Hyderabad during Q3 FY27 through its subsidiary.
Footfalls Performance
The company reported a 6% year-on-year drop in consolidated footfalls for Q2 FY27, reaching 2.1 lakh compared to 2.25 lakh in the previous year. This decline is attributed mainly to heavy rains in July and August 2026 impacting operations during a seasonally softer quarter.
