Q2 FY27 Financial Highlights
For the quarter ended September 30, 2026, Himadri Speciality Chemical reported a Net Revenue from Operations of ₹1,542.67 crore, marking a substantial increase of 44.12% compared to ₹1,070.41 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year (Q2 FY26). The company’s EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹308.19 crore, up by 26.98% from ₹242.71 crore in Q2 FY26.
Gross Profit saw a rise of 25.08% to ₹493.84 crore. Profit Before Tax increased by 28.62% to ₹317.87 crore, and the Profit for the year concluded at ₹239.77 crore, an improvement of 28.32% over the ₹186.85 crore reported in Q2 FY26. Total Comprehensive Income for the year also grew by 28.96% to ₹239.81 crore.
Half-Yearly (H1 FY27) Performance
In the first half of FY27, Himadri Speciality Chemical’s Net Revenue from Operations reached ₹2,816.93 crore, an increase of 29.76% compared to ₹2,170.83 crore in H1 FY26. EBITDA for the half-year was ₹609.55 crore, up 27.87% year-on-year. The Profit for the year for H1 FY27 stood at ₹463.19 crore, a 25.38% growth from H1 FY26.
Standalone vs. Consolidated Performance
Both standalone and consolidated statements indicate robust growth. On a consolidated basis for Q2 FY27, Net Revenue from Operations was ₹1,691.43 crore (up 57.93% YoY), with EBITDA at ₹303.22 crore and Profit for the year at ₹231.32 crore.
