HDFC AMC Board Approves Bonus Share Issue, Financial Results

HDFC Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced the Board’s approval of a 1:1 bonus share issue, alongside its financial results for Q2 FY26. The record date for the bonus issue is set for November 26, 2025. The Board also reviewed and approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.

Bonus Share Issuance

The Board of Directors has approved the issuance of bonus equity shares in the ratio of 1:1. This means one new share for every existing share. The face value of each share is ₹5. The record date for determining shareholders’ eligibility for the bonus shares is Wednesday, November 26, 2025. The issuance is subject to member approval via postal ballot, as well as necessary statutory and regulatory clearances.

Financial Performance: Q2 FY26

The Board has reviewed and approved the unaudited financial results for Q2 FY26, ending September 30, 2025. These include both standalone and consolidated figures. The reports were reviewed by the statutory auditors, B S R & Co. LLP.

  • Revenue from Operations: ₹1,027.40 Crore
  • Profit Before Tax: ₹875.96 Crore
  • Profit After Tax: ₹718.43 Crore
  • Total Comprehensive Income: ₹719.91 Crore

Capital and Reserves

The bonus shares will be issued from the Capital Redemption Reserve Account and Securities Premium Account as of September 30, 2025. Post-bonus issue, the authorized capital remains unchanged.

Trading Window Closure

In accordance with the company’s share dealing code, the trading window for designated persons and their relatives will remain closed until October 17, 2025.
