Jindal Stainless has partnered with Nasscom to launch FutureSkills Prime (FSP), a digital skilling platform. This initiative will provide employees with access to industry-aligned courses and certifications in emerging technologies. Digital Skilling Initiative Launched
Jindal Stainless, a leading stainless steel manufacturer, has announced a significant partnership with Nasscom, India’s premier trade association for the IT and BPM industry. This collaboration aims to bolster the digital capabilities of its workforce through the FutureSkills Prime (FSP) platform. The announcement, dated September 23, 2026, signifies a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
FutureSkills Prime Partnership Details
Through this Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), Jindal Stainless employees will gain access to FSP, a digital skilling initiative co-led by Nasscom and the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY). The platform will offer structured learning programs in emerging technologies and professional skills, culminating in industry-validated certifications. This initiative is expected to empower employees with the necessary skills to adapt to the rapidly evolving technological landscape and contribute effectively to the company’s strategic objectives, including its ongoing Smart Factory 4.0 program.
Focus on Workforce Development
Mr. Abhyuday Jindal, Managing Director of Jindal Stainless, highlighted the importance of continuous learning in today’s dynamic industrial environment. “Our partnership with FutureSkills Prime is another step towards creating wider access to learning opportunities across the organisation,” he stated. The platform covers a wide array of courses, including Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Internet of Things, Blockchain, and Digital Leadership, catering to various levels of expertise from foundational to advanced.
Mr. Sushil Baveja, Chief Human Resource Officer, emphasized the flexibility and relevance of the offered programs. “Through FutureSkills Prime, our employees can choose from a range of programmes… enabling employees to take greater ownership of their professional development,” he added. The partnership also includes provisions for co-branded certifications, featuring logos from Meity, SSC Nasscom, FutureSkills Prime, and Jindal Stainless.
