PC Jeweller: Repays 98% of Outstanding Debt, Nears Debt-Free Status

PC Jeweller Limited has announced the successful clearance and repayment of a substantial portion of its outstanding debt. With the recent repayment to one more bank, the company has now discharged over 98% of its total outstanding debt. This significant achievement brings the company closer to its objective of becoming debt-free within the current month, materially strengthening its balance sheet and financial position.

Significant Debt Reduction Achieved

In a noteworthy development, PC Jeweller Limited has announced the successful repayment of a significant amount of its outstanding debt. This latest repayment, made under the terms of a settlement agreement dated 30 September 2024, pertains to one additional bank in its consortium. The company has been actively working towards achieving a debt-free status.

Progress Towards Debt-Free Status

With this latest repayment, PC Jeweller has now settled its dues with 12 out of the 14 consortium banks. All these repayments have been completed ahead of their scheduled due dates. The company proudly states that it has discharged more than 98% of its total outstanding debt owed to the banks. PC Jeweller remains on track to clear the remaining less than 2% of its debt obligations within the current month.
