Neptune Logitek Limited has taken a strategic step to broaden its operational scope by approving a significant alteration to its Memorandum of Association (MOA). This amendment, sanctioned by the Board of Directors on August 20, 2026, and subsequently ratified by the company’s members at the 14th Annual General Meeting held on September 21, 2026, allows the company to officially venture into the comprehensive field of information technology and software services.
New Business Objectives
The core of this alteration lies in the addition of a new sub-clause to Clause III (A) of the MOA. This new provision empowers Neptune Logitek to undertake activities such as designing, developing, owning, licensing, customizing, implementing, maintaining, upgrading, marketing, distributing, and operating software, mobile applications, web-based platforms, and cloud-based solutions. This includes enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, software-as-a-service (SaaS), and other IT-enabled solutions tailored for industries including logistics, transportation, supply chain, warehousing, freight forwarding, courier, shipping, e-commerce, and fleet management.
This strategic expansion is expected to open new revenue streams and leverage the company’s existing presence within the logistics and allied sectors by offering integrated technological solutions.
