Page Industries Limited has received an update regarding a claim initiated by Yellow Flower Trading LLC (YFT) in the Dubai Court. The company was informed that the Dubai Court has dismissed the claim in its current state. This dismissal is attributed to YFT’s failure to pay a court-ordered expert deposit. Consequently, YFT has also been directed to bear the court fees, costs, and advocate fees of AED 1,000.

Page Industries Limited has announced a significant development concerning a legal claim filed by Yellow Flower Trading LLC (YFT) in the Dubai Court. Further to their previous communication dated September 2, 2026, the company has been updated that the Dubai Court has dismissed the claim. This action was taken due to YFT’s non-compliance with a court order requiring the payment of an expert deposit.
Outcome for YFT
As a result of the dismissal, the court has also mandated that YFT be responsible for covering all associated court fees and legal costs. Additionally, YFT has been ordered to pay AED 1,000 towards advocates’ fees. Page Industries Limited stated that it will continue to make necessary disclosures to the stock exchanges should any further material developments arise in this matter, in compliance with applicable laws.
