The contract specifies the lifting of the materials through the RCR (Road-cum-Rail) mode. The terms of the agreement indicate a broad consideration or size of the order at approximately INR 160 crores. The nature of the order is classified as a contract for lifting of Pond Ash and Fly Ash. The order has been awarded by a domestic entity, identified as a Public Sector Undertaking in Madhya Pradesh.

Project Timeline and Execution

The agreement is for a period of 18 months, with the possibility of extension based on mutual consent. The scope of supply and services clearly defines the lifting of 10 MT of Pond Ash and Fly Ash, with provisions for extendability. Refex Industries confirmed that there are no interests from promoters, promoter groups, or group companies in the entity that awarded the order, and the transaction does not fall within related party transactions.
