Star Health and Allied Insurance Co. Ltd. has officially applied for the withdrawal of a reclassification application previously filed with the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited. This application pertained to the Promoter Group entities: Industrial Glass Fiber Industries, Interics, and IDC Electronics Limited. Consequently, Industrial Glass Fiber Industries and Interics will no longer be considered part of the Company’s Promoter Group, effective immediately. IDC Electronics Limited will continue its association as a Promoter Group entity.

Star Health Withdraws Promoter Reclassification Application

Star Health and Allied Insurance Co. Ltd. has submitted an application to the stock exchanges for the withdrawal of a prior reclassification application. This application was originally filed with both the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited concerning specific Promoter Group entities.

Impact on Promoter Group Structure

Following the approval of the Board of Directors for this withdrawal, two entities, namely Industrial Glass Fiber Industries and Interics, will cease to be part of the Company’s Promoter Group with immediate effect. Conversely, IDC Electronics Limited will continue to be recognized as a member of the Promoter Group.
