Board Strengthened with Key Re-appointments

At the 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Amber Enterprises India Limited, held on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, shareholders approved the re-appointment of two crucial Non-Executive Independent Directors. The resolutions were passed with the requisite majority through remote e-voting and e-voting conducted at the AGM.

Continuity in Leadership

Mr. Prakash Iyer (DIN: 00956349) has been re-appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term. This term will span five consecutive years, commencing from September 19, 2026. He will not be liable to retire by rotation, signifying his ongoing strategic importance to the company.

Similarly, Ms. Sabina Moti Bhavnani (DIN: 06553087) has also been re-appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director. Her second term will also be for five consecutive years, starting on September 19, 2026, and she will also not be liable to retire by rotation.

The company confirmed that the voting results and the Consolidated Scrutinizer’s Report, as required by regulations, are being submitted separately. This reaffirmation of leadership provides a stable governance structure as the company continues its strategic initiatives.
