These are classified as 1% Non-Convertible, Non-Cumulative, Non-Participating, Redeemable Preference Shares (NCCPRPS). Each share has a face value of INR 10/- (Indian Rupees Ten only). The aggregate value of this transaction amounts to the stated INR 55,00,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Fifty-Five Crores Only).

As of March 31, 2026, the net worth of Fine Organic Industries (SEZ) Private Limited was reported at INR 90.29 crores. This investment is a cash consideration, and it will not result in any change in the shareholding percentage of the parent company in its subsidiary, which will continue to remain wholly owned.
