Shri Balram Viswanathan (DIN: 10245195) has been redesignated as the Chairman and Managing Director of the company. His tenure for this role is set at 03 years. Shri Viswanathan brings extensive experience to his new position, with a background in B.Com, FCA, and CPA (USA), and over 30 years in the financial services industry, including roles as an Ex-Banker with expertise in audit, taxation, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory reporting.
Ms. Neeti Kapre Appointed Independent Director
Ms. Neeti Kapre (DIN: 06801264) has been appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director. Her appointment is for a term of 05 years and she is not liable to retire by rotation. Ms. Kapre is a distinguished medical professional, holding an MBBS with Gold Medal honours and an MS (ENT) degree. Her experience includes clinical research and fellowships in head and neck services, and she is involved with several professional societies related to her specialty.
