The newly formed entity, to be named ACME Renewables FZCO or a similar approved name, will serve as a strategic platform. Its primary functions will include supporting the company’s renewable energy initiatives through effective procurement, comprehensive supply chain management, and crucial project support. Additionally, the subsidiary will facilitate ancillary functions such as the hedging of raw materials essential for renewable energy components.
Financials and Governance
The incorporation process is set to commence shortly. The subsidiary will be a related party to ACME Solar Holdings Limited. The initial capital infusion for the entity is planned at an amount equivalent to AED 10,000 (approximately INR 2,25,000), to be provided in tranches as per local regulations. The company will hold 100% shareholding in this new subsidiary, reinforcing its commitment to developing its renewable energy sector operations.
