Merger Details and Impact
Following the merger, BFH ceases to exist, and its operations, along with its subsidiary Bharat Forge Aluminiumtechnik GmbH, now fall under the direct control of BFGH. The rationale behind this amalgamation is to simplify the legal structure of its companies in Germany. Importantly, Bharat Forge has stated that this merger will have no implication on the company’s consolidated or standalone financial statements. No cash consideration or share exchange was involved, as BFGH already held 100% of BFH’s paid-up share capital. The turnover for BFGH for the year ended December 31, 2025, was reported as Euro 6,086,504.36, while BFH reported Nil turnover.
