HUDCO: Appoints S ARC & Associates as Statutory Auditors for FY 2026-27

Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) has announced the appointment of M/s S ARC & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as its statutory auditors for the financial year 2026-2027. This appointment was conveyed by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG). S ARC & Associates will also audit HUDCO’s Consolidated Financial Statements for the same period, ensuring compliance with corporate disclosure requirements.

HUDCO Appoints Statutory Auditors

Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) has officially appointed M/s S ARC & Associates, Chartered Accountants, to serve as its statutory auditors. This appointment is effective for the financial year ending March 31, 2027 (FY 2026-2027).

CAG Confirmation and Scope of Audit

The appointment was formally conveyed by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG) via a letter dated September 8, 2026. This decision was made in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013. The firm of chartered accountants will be responsible for auditing HUDCO’s standalone financial statements. Furthermore, they will also be tasked with auditing HUDCO’s Consolidated Financial Statements for the fiscal year 2026-2027, in accordance with Section 139 read with Section 129(4) of the Companies Act, 2013.
