Profile of Ms. Isha Duhan
Ms. Duhan is an officer of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), belonging to the Uttar Pradesh cadre, with the batch year 2014. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology from Thapar University and a Master’s degree in Gender Development Studies from IGNOU. Prior to her current appointment at REC, Ms. Duhan served as the Managing Director in the Sugar Industries & Cane Development Department, bringing valuable experience in public administration and sector-specific management.
