Auditor Appointments
The C&AG, through its communication dated 09th September 2026, has designated the following two firms of Chartered Accountants to serve as the Joint Statutory Auditors:
- M/s GSA & Associates LLP, located at 16, DDA Flats, Panchsheel Shivalik Mor, Near Malviya Nagar, Delhi – 110017.
- M/s KGRS & CO, situated at 33, DDA SFS Apartments, Hauz Khas, New Delhi – 110016.
This appointment is in accordance with Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013, and ensures comprehensive audit coverage for IRFC’s financial statements for the fiscal year 2026-27.
