Enviro Infra Engineers: Suyog Urja Gets ₹224 Crore LOI for Wind Project

Enviro Infra Engineers Limited (EIEL) announced that its step-down subsidiary, Suyog Urja Limited (SUL), has received a ₹224.19 Crore (including GST) Letter of Intent (LOI) from Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited. The LOI is for EPC turnkey works for a 180 MW NTPC Wind Power Project at Parli, Maharashtra, scheduled for execution by March 2027. This marks a significant step in EIEL’s renewable energy expansion.

Significant Renewable Energy Contract Secured

Enviro Infra Engineers Limited (EIEL) has announced a major development in its renewable energy sector, with its step-down subsidiary, Suyog Urja Limited (SUL), receiving a Letter of Intent (LOI). The LOI comes from Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited (TPREL) for the execution of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) turnkey works for a 180 MW NTPC Wind Power Project located in Parli, Maharashtra. This significant contract value is reported at ₹224.19 Crore, inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), and is slated for completion by March 31, 2027.

Scope of Work and Project Details

The scope of work under this LOI encompasses comprehensive EPC turnkey solutions for the wind power project. This includes the foundational works for Wind Turbine Generators (WTG), Balance of Plant (BoP) components, and the construction of a 33 kV transmission line. Specifically, the WTG foundation package involves civil foundation works for 58 WTGs, along with the necessary reinforcement steel and geotechnical considerations. The BoP scope will see SUL developing an approximately 39-acre storage yard, managing right-of-way for material movement, and constructing essential infrastructure such as access roads, pathways, and crane pads. The project also includes the construction and commissioning of the 33 kV transmission line, covering route survey, design, supply and erection of poles/towers, conductors, insulators, and associated hardware, as well as STATCOM/harmonic filter system installation.
