Operational Performance and Strategic Contributions
During the year, MIDHANI further strengthened its position as a strategic materials partner to key sectors. The company increased the production of titanium alloys, nearly doubling it to approximately 700 MT. It also expanded the supply of superalloys and other critical materials for indigenous aero-engine programs. A significant technological milestone was the development of cast single-crystal superalloy material for aero-engine blades for the first time, an achievement widely regarded as highly demanding in metallurgy. The material successfully passed all customer-mandated tests.
Beyond aerospace, MIDHANI completed its first commercial rolling order for a 7000-series Aluminium alloy and advanced testing for ABHED bulletproof jackets. The company also commenced operations at its spring plant. Notably, MIDHANI delivered 31 specially engineered titanium windows for the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir in Ayodhya, marking a significant contribution that showcased titanium’s versatility beyond strategic sectors.
