PTC Industries Reports Strong Financial Performance for FY 2025-26

PTC Industries Limited announced robust financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. The company reported a significant 95.66% year-on-year growth in Revenue from Operations, reaching ₹602.78 crore. Total Income saw a substantial increase of 87.97%, closing at ₹643.29 crore, driven by strong performance in its core aerospace and defence businesses and sustained order execution.

Key Financial Highlights

Earnings Before Interest, Depreciation, Exceptional Items & Taxes (EBITDA) increased by 57.45% to ₹172.28 crore. Profit After Tax saw a commendable rise of 66.44%, amounting to ₹101.56 crore. These figures reflect the commercial progress across the Group, which is simultaneously commissioning new capabilities and seasoning qualified programmes.

Strategic Expansion and Operational Leverage

The company attributes its performance to the operating leverage from capacity additions made in earlier years and the successful ramp-up of its primary metals business. New melting and forging capability entered production, supporting strategic materials becoming finished components. Aerolloy Technologies Limited recorded substantial revenue growth driven by aerospace and defence orders, while Trac Precision Solutions Limited in the UK completed its first full year of consolidation within the Group.

The reported figures underscore PTC Industries’ strategic direction of building a resilient and integrated manufacturing platform at a time when demand for such capabilities is expanding globally.
