70th Annual General Meeting Details

The 70th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of NLC India Limited is scheduled for Tuesday, September 29, 2026, commencing at 3:00 PM IST. The meeting will be conducted via Video Conference (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). Key dates for remote e-voting are as follows:

  • Cut-off Date for determining entitlement for e-voting and attending the AGM: 22nd September 2026
  • Commencement of remote e-voting: From 09:00 AM (IST) on 25th September 2026
  • Conclusion of remote e-voting: Up to 05:00 PM (IST) on 28th September 2026

The company has also recommended a Final Dividend of ₹0.25 per equity share for the year ended March 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.
