Joint Statutory Auditors Appointed

For the role of Joint Statutory Auditors, BHEL will be working with two esteemed firms:

  • M/s K Venkatachalam Aiyer & Co, New Delhi
  • M/s K S Dua & Co, Haldwani

These appointments are in accordance with section 139 (5) of the Companies Act, 2013.

Branch Auditors Named Across Various Locations

To ensure localized audit coverage and specialized oversight, BHEL has also appointed the following firms as Branch Auditors:

  • M/s Sanjay Srivastava & Co, Bhopal
  • M/s Ganesan and Company, Chennai
  • M/s YCRJ & Associates, Bengaluru
  • M/s Sarath & Associates, Hyderabad
  • M/S Venkatram & Co LLP, Chennai (newly appointed for FY 2026-27)
