Honasa Consumer Limited, a prominent beauty and personal care company in India, has officially announced a key leadership appointment. Nishchay Bahl has been promoted to the role of Chief Business Officer – Offline, with the new responsibilities commencing on September 08, 2026. This strategic elevation signifies the company’s focused approach to bolstering its offline market strategies and expanding its reach.

Strategic Focus and Responsibilities

In his new capacity, Bahl will be instrumental in leading Honasa’s entire offline business portfolio. This includes overseeing operations within General Trade, Modern Trade, and other emergent channels. His mandate will focus on accelerating growth, enhancing distribution networks, and fortifying the presence of Honasa’s diverse brands across various markets and product categories. Bahl previously served as Senior Vice President – Offline Revenue for nearly three years, where he played a pivotal role in scaling the company’s offline operations and fostering strong relationships with trade partners.

Bahl brings over 17 years of extensive experience in the FMCG and consumer businesses sector. His expertise spans critical areas such as sales, commercial strategy, go-to-market execution, and channel management across General Trade, Modern Trade, and eCommerce. Prior to joining Honasa, he held leadership positions, including Chief Business Officer – Offline at The Good Glamm Group and E-commerce Director – South Asia at Reckitt. An alumnus of the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad, Bahl possesses a deep understanding of distribution, channel strategy, and commercial execution across multiple consumer categories.
