Record Financial Performance in FY 2025-26
NLC India Limited has reported its most successful year in history for FY 2025-26, marked by significant achievements across its operational and financial spheres. The company announced record-breaking figures for annual coal production, reaching 19.14 million tonnes, and coal dispatch, totaling 17.69 million tonnes.
Consolidated revenue from operations crossed ₹17,490 crore, reflecting a substantial growth. Furthermore, the Profit After Tax (PAT) reached an all-time high of ₹3,769 crore. These achievements underscore the company’s sustained focus on operational excellence and improved efficiency across its diverse business segments.
Strengthening the Mining and Renewable Energy Foundation
Mining remains a cornerstone of NLC India’s integrated energy model, with significant progress reported across various projects. Simultaneously, the company has strengthened its position in the renewable energy sector, adding 352.80 MW of solar capacity during the year, marking the highest annual addition in the last six years. Renewable energy generation also reached an all-time high of 2.26 billion units.
Strategic Capital Expenditure and Growth Ambitions
The company demonstrated its commitment to strategic growth by undertaking a capital expenditure of ₹9,131 crore, the highest ever recorded in a single year.
