The company reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹10,94,555.66 lakhs, a significant increase of 26.08% compared to the previous year’s ₹8,68,146.63 lakhs. This growth was achieved despite a volatile external environment characterized by changing global trade dynamics, tariff disruptions, and inflationary pressures.
Key Financial Highlights
Consolidated Operating Profit (EBITDA) saw a substantial increase of 15.89% to ₹1,23,617.76 lakhs from ₹1,06,673.76 lakhs in the previous year. Profit Before Tax (PBT) stood at ₹86,636.44 lakhs, up from ₹82,199.78 lakhs. The Profit After Tax (PAT) increased to ₹62,538.43 lakhs from ₹61,180.13 lakhs, and Total Comprehensive Income rose to ₹77,096.07 lakhs from ₹64,115.10 lakhs. Earnings per Share (EPS) improved to ₹18.01 from ₹17.43 in the previous financial year.
On a standalone basis, Revenue from Operations stood at ₹4,04,044.98 lakhs. Despite a marginal decline in standalone revenue, the Company achieved healthy growth in profitability, with Operating Profit (EBITDA) increasing by 15.79% to ₹37,916.44 lakhs. Profit Before Tax increased to ₹30,677.24 lakhs from ₹26,925.85 lakhs, while Profit After Tax grew by 14.77% to ₹24,349.15 lakhs. Earnings per Share (EPS) also improved to ₹7.01 from ₹6.11 in the previous year, reflecting the Company’s continued emphasis on operational efficiencies, disciplined cost management, and long-term value creation for its shareholders.
