Following a Board of Directors meeting held on Monday, September 07, 2026, the company has fixed Friday, September 18, 2026, as the date for determining eligible shareholders to receive the final dividend.
Dividend Payout Details
The final dividend, which will be declared by the company’s members at the forthcoming 23rd Annual General Meeting, will be paid to those shareholders whose names appear in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as of the specified Record Date. The payout is slated to occur on or before October 29, 2026.
