The entity to which the order has been awarded is identified as the Jamalpur Locomotive Workshop. In response to regulatory requirements, CONCOR has confirmed that the order is awarded to a domestic entity. Furthermore, when questioned about potential related party transactions, CONCOR has stated that the awarded contract does not fall within related party transactions.
