The company has detailed the cessation of certain SMP positions and the appointment of new members to its senior management structure. Key Changes and New Appointment
As per the disclosures, several members of the Senior Management Personnel have stepped down from their roles. The specific reasons and effective dates for these cessations are provided in Annexure-1. In parallel with these departures, the company has undergone an internal restructuring of its management. As a result of this restructuring, Mr. Jagadeesha HC has been designated as a new member of the Senior Management of the Company. This appointment is effective from September 07, 2026.
Resignation Details
The submitted Annexure-1 and Annexure-2 provide detailed information regarding the individuals who have ceased to be part of the Senior Management. For instance, Mr. Ravi Bangalore Ramarao and Mr. Sudhindra Vasantarao Kulkarni have resigned, with their respective cessation dates noted as July 25, 2025 and January 29, 2026. Similarly, Mr. Ravi Kumar Vaddeswaram and Mr. Ramesh Jaiswara have also resigned, effective November 06, 2025 and July 07, 2025, respectively. Mr. Sheshadri Nagaraja Nittoor ceased to be a member of the Senior Management due to internal restructuring on September 07, 2026.
New Senior Management Appointment
Mr. Jagadeesha HC, previously a Senior Manager – Projects, has been appointed as a member of the Senior Management team. His effective date for this new role is September 07, 2026. His profile highlights over 25 years of experience in Project Management and Supply Chain, with expertise in various manufacturing and operational domains.
