Dividend Recommendation and AGM Details

In addition to the above, the Board approved the reconstitution of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the re-appointment of statutory and internal auditors for FY 2026-27, and approved advancing loans, giving guarantees, or providing security under Section 185 of the Companies Act, 2013, subject to shareholder approval. The company has decided to provide remote e-voting facilities to its members for the upcoming AGM, with the e-voting period commencing from September 27, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. to September 29, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. The cut-off date for determining e-voting entitlement is Wednesday, September 23, 2026.
