Container Corporation of India Limited (CONCOR) achieved a record-breaking throughput of 5.58 million TEUs and total revenue of ₹9,443 crore for the year ended March 31, 2026. This performance highlights the company’s underlying economic strength and operational efficiency improvements. Despite softer domestic realizations due to external factors, CONCOR maintained a healthy growth with EXIM growing at 8% and Domestic at 14.6%. The company also declared a dividend of ₹8.60 per share, reflecting its commitment to rewarding shareholders.

Container Corporation of India Limited (CONCOR) announced exceptional performance for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, achieving its highest-ever throughput and total revenue. The company handled a record 5.58 million TEUs, marking a significant 9.6% growth over the previous year. This growth was driven by a strong performance in both EXIM and Domestic segments, with EXIM traffic increasing by 8% and Domestic traffic by 14.6%.

Financial Highlights and Dividend

CONCOR’s total income reached ₹9,443 crore, a testament to its underlying economic strength. The company also declared a dividend of ₹8.60 per share, representing 172% of face value. This dividend payment of ₹655 crore accounts for 53.6% of the net profit for the year. The company’s robust balance sheet, with a net worth of ₹13,052 crore and total assets of ₹15,176 crore, positions it well for future growth in the sunrise logistics sector.

Operational Efficiency and Growth Strategy

Operational efficiency improved significantly, with a rail freight margin of 27.2% and an operating margin of 30.9%. The company’s strategy focuses on expanding capacity for long-term sustainable growth, with a capital expenditure of ₹1085 crore incurred towards terminal expansion, acquisition of wagons and containers, and strengthening IT infrastructure.
