NMDC: Reports Record FY26 Iron Ore Production of 53.16 MT

NMDC Achieves Record Iron Ore Production and Sales in FY 2025-26

NMDC Limited has reported a stellar performance for the financial year ended March 31, 2026 (FY 2025-26), marked by significant milestones in both operational output and financial results. The company achieved its highest-ever annual iron ore production, reaching 53.16 million tonnes, an impressive increase of 20.62% compared to the previous year’s production of 44.07 million tonnes. This achievement underscores NMDC’s position as India’s largest iron ore producer.

Robust Financial Performance

Financially, NMDC also demonstrated strong growth, with revenue from operations increasing by 33.31% year-on-year to `31,554 crore. Profit After Tax (PAT) saw a notable rise of 10.88% to `7,421 crore, and Net Worth increased by 14.39% to `33,836 crore. The company’s operational excellence and commendable performance in production and sales have naturally reflected in its financial outcomes, reinforcing its contribution to India’s industrial growth.

Shareholder Returns and Future Outlook

NMDC has continued its commitment to rewarding shareholders, proposing a total dividend of `3.50 per share for FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval.
