The company’s Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from Wednesday, September 23, 2026, to Tuesday, September 29, 2026, inclusive, for the AGM and final dividend payment.
Annual General Meeting Scheduled
Jamna Auto Industries Ltd. has officially announced that its 60th Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, September 29, 2026. The meeting will commence at 11:30 AM IST and will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) or other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), in line with recent government circulars.
Book Closure and Dividend Record Date
In connection with the upcoming AGM and for the purpose of payment of the final dividend, the Company will observe a book closure period. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from Wednesday, September 23, 2026, through to Tuesday, September 29, 2026, with both dates inclusive.
Shareholders whose names appear in the Company’s Register of Members or as beneficial owners by the close of business on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, will be eligible for the final dividend, should it be declared at the AGM. This dividend will be paid within 30 days of its declaration.
