Shri Sarda brings over 59 years of experience in the iron & steel industry, including expertise in strategic planning, general management, production, and human resource management.
Smt. Poonam Sarda
Smt. Poonam Sarda, the Whole-time Director and Chief Financial Officer, is also recommended for re-appointment. Her proposed term, effective April 1, 2027, will also span five years, ending March 31, 2032. Smt. Sarda possesses over 16 years of experience in accounting, finance, taxation, corporate laws, and human resource management.
