NACDAC Infrastructure Reports Strong FY2025-26 Performance
NACDAC Infrastructure Limited has disclosed its financial performance for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. The company achieved a notable revenue from operations of ₹6,319.46 lakhs, representing a substantial increase of 30.1% over the previous year. This growth trajectory highlights the company’s expanding market presence and operational efficiency.
Key Financial Highlights
Revenue and Profitability
Revenue from operations saw a robust increase, reflecting sustained demand and successful project execution. Profit after tax for the period stood at ₹442.91 lakhs, a modest increase of 6.9% compared to the prior year. The company attributed the slower profit growth partly to a strategic absence of the large inventory build that had flattered margins in the prior year, indicating an improvement in underlying material cost efficiency.
Cash Flow Turnaround
A significant improvement was observed in the company’s operating cash flow, which swung from an outflow of ₹577.30 lakhs in FY 2024-25 to a positive inflow of ₹756.52 lakhs in FY 2025-26. This positive shift, exceeding ₹13.3 crore, was driven by strong collections, with trade receivables falling by 25.0% even as revenue grew by 30.1%.
Strategic Investments
During the year, NACDAC Infrastructure invested ₹850.18 lakhs in land acquisition. This investment was primarily funded through the company’s operating cash generation, minimizing reliance on fresh borrowings and underscoring the company’s healthy cash management strategy.
Outlook for FY2026-27
Looking ahead to FY2026-27, NACDAC Infrastructure plans to focus on building revenue while enhancing margin quality, maintaining strong cash collections, expanding its Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) business, and diligently pursuing bids.
