The company’s revenue from operations grew by an impressive 39.6% year-on-year, reaching ₹1,07,391 million, thereby crossing the significant milestone of ₹10,000 crore for the first time. This performance reflects broad-based demand across core markets, led by gold jewellery, new design introductions, and a rising preference for lightweight and studded jewellery.

Profitability and Growth Drivers

Profitability improved significantly, driven by a favorable product mix, higher contribution from studded jewellery, and disciplined cost management. The Profit After Tax (PAT) recorded a substantial increase of 87.8% year-on-year, amounting to ₹4,098 million. EBITDA also saw a significant expansion of 89.6% to ₹7,040 million.

Strategic Milestones and Expansion

The company achieved several strategic growth milestones, including crossing the ₹10,000 crore sales mark and achieving record high profits. PNG Jewellers also expanded its retail footprint by opening 25 new stores during the fiscal year, marking the fastest expansion in the company’s history. The business entered high-potential markets in Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, and Bihar, signifying a crucial step in its national expansion journey. The company also saw its long-term rating upgraded to IND A+/Stable.

Key Operational Highlights

PNG Jewellers strengthened its brand outreach with strategic associations and celebrity endorsements. The company also reported a strong 42.8% same-store sales growth and maintained healthy inventory turns with an Inventory Turnover Ratio of 3.8x.
